When you look at the stars,
do you feel infinite or insignificant?
In the cosmic glow,
of a clear night
I think of us,
an island spinning in
the vastness of space,
and the small singularity
that gave us a universe.
Celestial dewdrops
In peril,
through our need to be big.
But there’s joy in being small,
and what a wonderful thing
to be made of stardust.
